Health coaching focuses on supporting health-related behavioral changes, using a variety of strategies customised to the client’s profile. I am trained and qualified in nutrition, overall health management and psychology and support clients through sustainable lifestyle changes addressing not only diet, but also sleep, exercise, stress management and psychological wellbeing, with the aim to improve their life quality.

A health coaching relationship lowers the risk of developing health problems and chronic diseases (such as diabetes and cardiovascular conditions) by partnering with the client and supporting behavioural change through small incremental adjustments. The ultimate goal is to motivate and empower the client to take charge of their own health by making informed decisions about their lifestyle.

My Health Coaching programme includes:

  • Nutritional analysis through a nutrition software based on a 3-days food diary ahead of the first consultation

  • Personalised plan tailored to the client’s circumstances and health goals (establishment of SMART goals)

  • Relevant scientific questionnaires for health assessment

  • Application of coaching tools and Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy techniques

  • Long-term relationship and support

The recommended minimum amount of bi-weekly Health Coaching sessions for effective results is 6 per individual.
