Replenish with this summer smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 5 strawberries

  • 10 blueberries

  • 5 pineapple cubes

  • 1 tablespoon of sunflower seeds

  • 2 brazil nuts

  • coconut milk

Use a powerful blender (such as Nutribullet) to blend all the ingredients together. Make sure you add enough liquid (in this case coconut milk) to make the suitable consistency.

BENEFITS

Berries are packed with antioxidants, in particular vitamin C. Pineapple also brings vitamin C, along with Calcium. Brazil nuts, on top of providing vegetable proteins and healthy fats, are very high in Selenium. Finally, sunflower seeds are the richest vitamin E source.

Overall, this smoothie is excellent for an energy and immunity boost.
